We offer Free DHL delivery worldwide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-7 business days.

Delivery to PO Boxes and Military bases.

We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes and Military Bases.

We offer Free FedEx/DHL worldwide delivery.

Returns and Refunds

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Do not worry about it, we can send a replacement or provide a partial refund according to the damage of the product.

Do you offer a price match policy?

Within 7 days from the date of the purchase, if the Price of the model you purchased at www.neonarchitects.com is reduced, you can apply for a Price Match and we will refund you the price difference.

Neon Architects products include a 12-month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately.
