Every piece is handmade to order in our workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania, and shipped via FedEx or DHL. You'll automatically receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Production time Outside of peak season, production takes around 4-8 business days. Around peak season - Black Friday and Christmas - order volumes are higher, so production can take longer. If you're ordering for the holidays, we recommend placing your order early.

Delivery restrictions We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military base addresses, so please use a standard street address at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes If you're in the EU, there's nothing extra to pay. For orders to the US, Canada, the UK and other non-EU destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged when your parcel arrives - these aren't included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. For the US specifically, this is usually around 15% of the order value, plus a small carrier handling fee.
